Janet likes being around her family, drawing, games on the computer.

Janet is a 16 year old who has had multiple readmission inpatient due to fevers.  Janet did have a relapse on 11/8/2019.  Since this time she has been coming in to her scheduled clinic appts.  She has in the couple of weeks she was readmitted as inpatient due to fever.  Janet is a very joyous youth and always has an encouraging outlook on life.  Although she has had a relapse, she continues remains positive.  She spends a great deal of her time with her father as he is the person that drives her back and forth to her appointments, and they have a great relationship. Janet’s family is very appreciative of all the assistance you have been able to provide.  Her father is the sole provider for the family and ensures that Janet makes all of her appts driving a total of 85 miles roundtrip at minimum 2 times a month sometime more depending on her treatments.

Since the COVID19 pandemic Santiago – father has lost his fulltime status at his job and now has limited hours and income.   Your financial assistance has positively helped the family in this time of need.
